Terms & Conditions

Welcome to RB Villa Indore. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (rbvilla.in) and the booking of our luxury private bungalow/homestay. By accessing our site and/or making a booking, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

1. Booking and Advance Payment

To confirm a reservation at RB Villa, guests are required to pay a 30% advance payment of the total booking value online. The booking is only considered confirmed once the advance payment is successfully processed and you receive a confirmation message from our team. The remaining 70% balance is payable at the time of check-in.

2. Check-In & Check-Out Timings

• Check-in Time: 2:00 PM
• Check-out Time: 10:00 AM

Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Guests must provide valid government-approved photo identification (Aadhar Card, Passport, etc.) for all staying members at the time of check-in.

3. Guest Capacity and Visitors

RB Villa has four premium rooms and can comfortably accommodate 12 to 25 guests for sleeping arrangements, and 15 to 70 guests for get-togethers. Day visitors or extra guests joining for gatherings or poolside parties are subject to prior approval from the management and will carry additional charges.

4. House Guidelines and Silent Hours

• Poolside Silent Hours: Poolside silent hours begin at 11:30 PM. Out of respect for our neighbours, loud music, shouting, or use of speakers is strictly prohibited around the pool area after 11:30 PM.
• Indoor Gatherings: Celebrations and gatherings may continue quietly inside the living area after 11:30 PM where we provide a 75-inch QLED TV and indoor seating.
• Estate Safety: Swimming pool use is at the guest's own risk. Children must be supervised by adults at all times near the pool. Pets are allowed but guests are responsible for any damage or cleaning required.
• Power Backup: 100% power backup is available on the property. We kindly request guests to conserve energy and switch off electrical appliances, air conditioners, and pool lights when not in use.

5. User / Guest Liabilities

Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused to the property, furniture, pool equipment, gym, or manicured gardens during their stay. Any repair or replacement costs incurred due to negligence will be charged to the booking guest.

6. Online Reservations and Dynamic Pricing

Pricing displayed on our booking engine is dynamic and depends on factors like weekday vs. weekend selection, seasonal packages, and special dates. All bookings processed online are subject to verification. We reserve the right to cancel bookings in the event of technical errors or incorrect pricing display.

7. Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the services of RB Villa shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
